Software that does the paperwork and asks before it sends.

We build AI agents, automations and custom software that plug into what you already run: your CRM, your accounting software, WhatsApp and email. The repeat work runs by itself, and your team gets back to the work that needs a person.

Three sample businesses, three everyday tasks. Watch the steps, then approve or reject the result.

This invoice has the wrong VAT rate. Watch it get caught before anything is saved.

Sample data. The AI's decisions are scripted; the lookups and checks really run, in your browser.

VAT is charged at 17%. The rate has been 18% since January 2025. Ask the supplier for a corrected invoice.

The VAT check failed. Post it as a draft for review anyway?

Scakes Boutique

A site for a boutique home bakery with weekly Friday orders, pickup or delivery.

Small businesses

A WhatsApp lead gets a reply with your real prices. A supplier invoice gets its VAT checked and lands in the books. Nobody types any of it.

Larger companies

AI agents that work inside the CRM and ERP you already pay for. Each one sees only what its role allows, every action is logged, and a person signs off on what matters.

What we build

Built for how Israeli businesses work: Hebrew, WhatsApp, ח.פ. and שוטף + 30.

AI agents
Agents that answer customers on WhatsApp and your site, and help staff find answers in your own documents.
from ₪X,XXX
Automation
The repeat work between systems: an invoice arrives, gets checked, and lands in accounting. No one retypes it.
from ₪X,XXX
Integrations
We connect your CRM, ERP, BI and accounting software through their APIs, so each piece of data is entered once.
from ₪X,XXX
Custom software
Internal tools, dashboards and customer portals, for when off-the-shelf software doesn't fit.
from ₪XX,XXX
Assessment
We look at how the work runs today and show where automation pays off, before you spend anything on building.
from ₪X,XXX
Support and security
We monitor what we build, fix it when something on the other side changes, and keep it in line with Israel's privacy law.
₪XXX a month

Build

One-time, from ₪X,XXX

A written quote after the mapping meeting, before anything is built.

Running

Monthly, from ₪XXX

Hosting, AI usage, monitoring, and fixes when a system on the other side changes.

The price depends mostly on how many systems it connects and how messy the input is.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Map

We sit with the people who do the work and write down what's worth automating, and what isn't.

  2. 02

    Build

We build the first piece and test it on your real data, together with your team.

  3. 03

    Launch

It goes live with a person approving each step. As it proves itself, you approve less.

  4. 04

    Run

We monitor it, fix what breaks and keep improving it. Every run is logged.

When it gets something wrong

Every system we build follows the same rules. The demo above runs on them.

Runs alone
Reading, looking things up, checking and drafting. Nothing that leaves your business.
Needs your approval
Anything that sends a message, spends money, posts to accounting or deletes data. Like the Approve button in the demo.
Logged
Every run: what it read, what it proposed and what it changed. You get a short daily summary.
Alerts
When a check fails or a system on the other side changes, a person gets a message. Nothing fails quietly.
Undo
Every change it writes can be reversed, and the previous value is kept.
In your name
The code, the accounts, the API keys and the phone numbers belong to your company. You get a short document on how it all fits together.

Is it worth automating?

Questions people ask

How much does it cost?

Two parts. A one-time build, usually from ₪X,XXX, and a monthly running cost for hosting, AI usage and care, from ₪XXX. You get a written quote after the mapping meeting, before anything is built.

How long does it take?

The first working piece usually takes 2–3 weeks. It runs on your real data, with a person approving each step, before anything goes live.

You're a small studio. What if you're not available?

Everything is documented, the code lives in your accounts, and the alerts go to your team as well as ours. Another developer can pick it up without us.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It stops and asks. Anything that leaves your business waits for a person, and every change can be undone. The rules are listed above.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your own systems wherever possible. Before we build, you get a list of which AI provider each step uses and what it sends there.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the accounts, the API keys and the phone numbers are opened in your company's name.

We tried AI before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Usually it failed because it was asked to do everything alone. We start with one task, keep a person approving each step, and widen it only when the numbers hold up on your data.

What eats your team's time?

Tell us about one task. We'll tell you straight whether AI or automation can take it off your hands.
